Leviticus 3:9-11

⁹ The person must cut the tail off the animal. He must give the tail and all the fat from inside the body to the Lord. ¹⁰ He must also give the kidneys and the best piece of the liver. ¹¹ The priest will burn them as food on the altar. They are a burnt offering to the Lord.
